Corporate Services, Keynotes & Training

DR. GILDA is the only internationally known relationship expert who speaks at corporations, schools, and associations, to adults, students, and teens. She discusses relationship issues in the workplace that affect the bottom line, personal relationships that affect the health and longevity of commitments, and the most important relationship of all, the one we have with ourselves. DR. GILDA has been a product spokesperson in the media for numerous major corporations and brands, including Hallmark, Harlequin, Match.com, Cottonelle, Galderma Pharmaceuticals, Lavalife, and Sprint.

Her work includes motivational speeches, seminars, consulting, and personal and executive one-on-ones. Her approach is based on the notion that all relationship issues are the result of deficient boundaries. Deficient boundaries reflect a need for greater empowerment. DR. GILDA guides audiences to project a Power Image™, she directs essential boundary design, and she drives successful goal achievement.

A licensed educator, GILDA CARLE holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from New York University, with a concentration in psychology, sociology, and social psychology. Her doctoral research explored self-esteem, role expectations, interpersonal communications, and relationships, and she received certification from New York State as a teacher, principal and school superintendent. As a youngster, she danced on TV. As a young adult, she taught and administered educational programs in New York's inner city schools in the South Bronx. Later heading her own firm, she became a management consultant and motivational speaker for Fortune 500 companies. The Wall Street Journal called her "a woman warrior who trains executives in Sun Tzu's The Art of War [She prefers its other translation, "The Art of Strategy"], as it applies to communications." She has published papers in technical and company journals, and has delivered some of them abroad for IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
